Dr Mark Allfree is the Principal Practitioner and Clinical Director of the Mansfield Clinic.
Dr Allfree completed a four-year, full-time course at the prestigious British School of Osteopathy, London. He graduated in 1988 passing the final examination with honours. He was prizewinner in pathology, neurology and applied anatomy.
He undertook orthodox medical training at the Nottingham University Medical School, obtaining the Bachelor of Sciences degree in 1995, and degrees in Medicine and Surgery in 1997. He completed post-graduate training at the Nottingham Queen’s Medical Centre and obtained a Master of Sciences degree in Sports Medicine in 2001.
Dr Allfree practices as an Osteopathic, Orthopaedic and Sports Physician, and has over 15 years’ experience in treating the full range of joint and soft tissue injuries, using manipulative therapy and injection techniques. During that time he has also held a number of posts in the Orthopaedic Department at King’s Mill Hospital, Sutton-in-Ashfield.
He is registered with the General Medical Council and the General Osteopathic Council.
Mrs Lisa Allfree is the Practice Manager and Administrator. She works behind the scenes, ensuring that the practice runs smoothly and efficiently.
